The Challenge

Trigg Laboratories initially came to Simplicity Consulting in 2014 to help them enable international shipping for their e-commerce store and integrate international orders and shipping with their back-end software.  From that one initial project our relationship with Trigg Laboratories expanded.

Trigg continued to call on Simplicity to help them maintain, update and expand the capabilities of their Magento, WordPress, and DreamWeaver websites.  Each site possessed different technical needs central to their Marketing and Sales strategy.

The Solution

Over time we have come to serve as Trigg Laboratories’ information technology department and an extension of their Marketing Department.  We work closely with Trigg’s marketing department to help them carry out various marketing strategies as well as enable and support their online sales channels.  We also occasionally serve as an extension of their graphic design department.
